Lots of media coverage yesterday surrounding Lib Dem-run Sutton Council’s change in parking fees; mirroring the emails from angry and frustrated residents I’ve already been receiving.

We shouldn't price the most vulnerable out of our town centres - especially as high streets continue to recover from the pandemic.

And Sutton Council need to realise that.

The Liberal Democrat-approved Beddington Incinerator is trying to increase the amount of waste it burns. And the Environment Agency says it’s minded to approve the application. It's time that the Council realised Beddington shouldn't be a dumping ground for South London's waste.

The decision has been handed down this morning from the High Court, who were looking at the Judicial Review of Sadiq Khan’s misconceived ULEZ policy.  Unfortunately, the High Court disagrees with the five Conservative-led Councils which brought the legal action against Sadiq Khan’s ULEZ expansion
