Fantastic news yesterday that the judicial review launched by five Conservative-run councils has been upheld, meaning it's believed there's a case to answer for.
The more this goes on, the stronger the suggestion becomes that the Mayor of London's consultation on ULEZ expansion was pre-determined - long before it was launched.
I'm determined to continue working with my Conservative colleagues across London and at all government levels to stop the expansion.
As I've said from the start - before the consultation was even launched - we aren't against cleaning up London's air; what we disagree with is how the Mayor seems hell-bent on punishing the least well-off and the poorest of Londoners.
