I continue to receive a number of complaints and concerns surrounding the Sutton Decentralised Energy Network [SDEN], especially from residents of the New Mill Quarter over SDEN's unreliability in terms of supply, and the enormous strain that such issues place upon them.
As such, it was useful to meet with the Association for Decentralised Energy to speak about how other decentralised energy networks are performing as well as current and forthcoming developments that may help to alleviate some of the concerns and problems being faced by residents.
What is clear is that for far too long, too many people have had their lives inconvenienced by the ongoing mismanagement of SDEN, and this is something that I will continue to speak out on, pressing the authorities to make sure that supply is reliable, fast, and cost effective.
If you're facing an issue that I might be able to help with or raise with others, SEN-related or otherwise, please get in touch.
