I join many across Parliament in welcoming the confirmation that all state-funded schools in England without a defibrillator will be getting one by the end of the academic year.
Deliveries of equipment are already ongoing, fulfilling a commitment that the Government made last Summer.
The defibrillators will allow our schools to continue building on a curriculum which includes first aid and CPR; helping to save lives and giving further reassurances to everyone participating in school sport.
