My 2020 Christmas Card

Elliot and Carolyn Reilly

Earlier in December I picked up my Christmas Cards from Print Inc in the Sutton Business Centre.

Thank you so much to Carolyn Reilly from Print Inc for creating such a beautifully designed card - I would wholeheartedly recommend Carolyn and Print Inc for all your design and printing needs!

It was really difficult to choose a winner from the many entries I received, and I am so grateful to everyone who sent theirs in.

However, the winning entry I have chosen for the front of my Christmas Cards this year - and therefore the recipient of the £50 gift voucher kindly sponsored by Joe at The Ginger Italian - is by Shuddhi Nair, age 8, from Stanley Park Junior School. I absolutely loved the COVID-secure Father Christmas on the front of the card, as well as the message to "Stay Safe" over Christmas and the Union Flag Christmas presents. Well done Shuddhi - a really lovely picture and your design will be wending its way to so many people across Carshalton and Wallington, and Westminster (including to the Prime Minister!).

I also selected two runners-up: Estelle Carter, age 4 from All Saints' Carshalton Church of England Primary School; and Olivia Ray, age 8 from St Elphege's RC Junior School. Both designs stood out to me and my team as very strong entries, with Estelle going for a lovely festive image of a snowman and Olivia with a superb representation of the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus. Well done both - I'll be getting in touch with your schools in the New Year to arrange for a little prize for each of you!
