Supporting The John Fisher School with Road Safety Concerns

Thank you to students at The John Fisher School for talking me through their concerns about road safety outside the fields at Plough Lane.

Local residents will know how dangerous this road is and how many times we've sadly seen accidents occur. For students at The John Fisher School, crossing the road to access their playing fields has become incredibly dangerous and students are worried that there's an accident waiting to happen.

Farsight Residents Association has also been campaigning with the school to ask the Council to do more to protect students, but sadly progress has been slow.

I'm joining the school and the RA to push the Council to implement road safety measures as quickly as possible.
